spoonful of cashew butter
Let sit in the fridge about 15 minutes before you demolish.

insert half a protein muffin with cashew butter and some fresh pineapple HERE

sesame oil

broccoli
TONS of freshly grated ginger
Braggs
steamed broccoli and asparagus, quinoa, salad
fourth
frozen bananas
chia seeds
cashew butter
