Goood evening!!

Can you believe today is the last day of May???


It sure doesn’t look like summer over here AT ALL. It’s forecasted to freeze tonight!


Not lame though was my breakfast this morning. Like wowow. I have been experimenting with Scottish oats on and off for a couple of weeks now, but I could never have created anything as faaabulous as this.

I topped mine with hazelnut cashew butter, granola and organic raspberry jam.

is it okay to drool over your own food? I don’t care. drooool.

As promised yesterday, here is the kale chip lizard skin recipe.

Step 1. Grab your kale.

Step 2: Cut kale off the stem and rip into bite size pieces.

or big pieces, it doesn’t really matter.

Step 3: Wash and dry your kale pieces.

Step 4: Make the sauce

Step 5: The fun part! Put kale in a big bowl and dump the sauce over top. Get your hands in there and massage into the kale pieces, making sure each piece is coated.

Step 6: Place onto dehydrator trays and dehydrate for about 6-8 hours at about 110.

This could of probably been put onto three trays but I squished them onto two.

I have never made these in the oven before but I have read that you can. Just put them on low and watch them.

Sooo cheesy!! Nutritional yeast is amazing.

So after about 7 ish hours I took them out ( and snacked on MANY while they were cooking) and they were perfect!

These are so addicting!! And so easy to make. They even pass Andrew’s taste test. Which is saying A LOT. If he likes them, anyone will 😉

Cheesy Lizard Skins

1 big bunch of kale

1 cup of raw (or just unsalted) cashews soaked in water for 2 hours or more

juice of 1 lemon

1 red pepper (I’m sure any color would be fine)

5 tbsp nutritional yeast (or more to taste)

pinch of salt

Throw it all together in a food processor (or a blender would work too I’m sure) until smooth.


Lunch was eaten a little late because those oats were sooo filling!

After lunch Andrew and I took Biz for about a 45 min walk. No rain this time!!  When we got home I did a 20 minute ab video. No crunches!!

Supper was a definite fail. I’ll show you the pic but I won’t even bother telling you the mess that was in there. It was supposed to be a pasta salad but I didn’t have the ingredients for the dressing I wanted, blah blah blah. And my brussel sprouts were like mush. The only good thing about supper was the toast.

I made chocolate covered mulberries for dessert!!

But I’ll save that for tomorrow 😉

It’s been 5 years since I came home from NZ and I still miss it everyday. I seriously can’t think of anywhere else I would rather be. ONE DAY sooooon I will go back. My travel list gets new destinations added to it almost everyday, yet this is still #1. I feel like a Kiwi living in a Canadian’s body haha. I am such a nerd. If you ever get the chance to go, GO! You will not regret it 🙂

I’m baaaack!! (Again…)

I have a terrible track record for not posting when I’m working nights hey? I promise I’ll work on that 😉

Thanks so much for all the get well comments! I’m back at 150%. Weird weird sick day though. I NEVER get sick. Like maybe once a year? Something like that. So this was straaange. But I’m all betta!! And have tons of foodie pics to show you!

Wanna see some yummy meals?? I got to use my dad’s Canon awesome ( I have no idea what kind it is) when I was at home so a few of my pics look a bit different.

Walnut bread with pecan butter and half a bananer.

Two egg whites with orange and yellow peppers and dill, a pear and pecan butter.

These plates are my absolute fave. You’ll notice ALL my meals at home are eaten on them 🙂

Keepin it real with saaalad, ghetti and rosemary sourdough bread.

Mixed greens and romaine with shaved corn on (off?) the cob, cucumbers and italian dressing.

Okay! That totally highlights my days off at home haha! Back to the reg.



Breakfast was a new-to-me baked egg white puffy thing from Lindsay’s awwwesome blog! She makes goooood fooood!! I also had a piece of Squirrely bread with Crofter’s jam and almond butter.

The only thing I did differently was use trois egg whites instead of 2 whole eggs and laughing cow (typical typical) instead of goat cheese. And sprinkled some nutritional yeast on top. It’s soo good!! Like fo reals so so good! Here’s a nasty upclose pic

Lunch was a monster salad of  steamed broccoli, leftover curried couscous,  grape tomatoes, baby cucumbers, feta and a huge blob of roasted red pepper hummus. 

A glass of water and some lavender tea on the side.

Supper was a veggie pita pizza. But this was no ordinary veggie pizza. This one was topped with Humnut Cheese!!!!


This is insane. Oh jeez for reals. Don’t be scared of nutritional yeast please. Or the mixing with the hummus. It browns just like regular cheese and just tastes aaaahmazing!!

I did have some goat chedda on there too with mushrooms, onions, green peppers and broccoli.

I only got to have one piece before I packed it up for work. I added half an orange for some balance 🙂

I also made a smoothie that turned out to be a smoothie in a bowl.

1 cup of strawberries

1 cup of vanilla almond milk

a ton of ice

1/2 tsp guar gum

1/2 tsp xanthan gum

scoop of vanilla Progressive Harmonized Vegan Protein Powder

Those gums are craaazy town together! They made my smoothie soo thick and fluffy!! I topped it with granola and almost licked the bowl clean.

Apple love blackberry yogurt, millet puffs, cherries, chocolate chips and mulberries. Mmmmmmm.

While I was sleeping the afternoon away (in preparation for another night shift obvi), the boyf made chili!! Booosya! The weather has been lame-o here for the past week + and I wanted nothing more than some yummy comfort food.

YUM!! He used Bob Red Mills 13 bean mix, mushrooms, onions, corn, grated carrots, tomatoes and a slew of  spices.

I think he’s a keeper 😉

I made the world’s grossest looking smoothie to tide me over until I could devour the chili and boy is it U-G-L-Y. And it ain’t got no alibi.

tons of ice

half scoop of Progressive Vegan vanilla protein powder

half scoop of vanilla spice Hemp Protein powder

I did a HIIT today!! YAY!! I haven’t been getting in 60 min of exercise daily yet (being sicky kind of put a damper on that one) but since I was feeling better I decided what the heck and went for it. I only did a little 20 minute HIIT, but crap do I become a sweatmess when I’m finished! I do 1 min at 3, 1 min at 8 and 1 min at 5.5. I repeat this for 20 minutes and then do a 2 minute cool down walking at 3.5 at an incline of 4%. I love the feeling when I am finished. Feels aweeeesome!!

In keeping up with the 60 days of salad I packed a large and in charge salad.

spinach, mixed greens, grape tomatoes, 1/4 of an avocado, mixed peppers, steamed brussel sprouts, dill, feta, and baby cukes. Topped with the signature ranch swirl and roasted red pepper dressing.

I finished all this food by like midnight so on my break I ate the rest of the Good Karma carrot cake ice cream 😉


I rolled myself out of bed at around 3:00 pm today. Love/hate this about night shifts. I get to sleep in, yet half of my  day is wasted. I still only got about 6 hrs of sleep.

Andrew and I ran some errands and went and picked up an Earl Grey Latte with nonfat milk from my fave little cafe, City Perk.

It says: Supporting a greener future.

All of their cups are recyclable! Too bad Tim Hortons couldn’t jump on that train….

Oh and because of my shitty Thursday, I had to cancel my nail appointment! I am in desperate need of a change! And they are getting soooo long.

I totally skipped all the usual meals today and just went straight for supper. We had pizza again!! Haha I couldn’t resist. I have been craving it since Friday (two whole days!! lol) so it was kind of a no brainer.

This little pizza had broccoli rabe (my first time and it is phenomenal), green peppers, onions, goat chedda and humnut cheese!  Le side salad of arugula, mixed greens, baby cukes, pickles, 1/4 avocado. Heaven.

I literally ate this in 5 seconds flat.

After supper Andrew and I took Beasley for a 45 minute walk in the rain and then I came back and did another 20 minute HIIT. Yays!! It was awesome again. Hopefully I can keep this up 🙂

While I was workin it on the treadmill, Andrew made bran muffins. I stole the top of one for my dessert and crumbled it on top of some plain yogurt, hemp hearts and almond butter.

I mixed 1 tbsp of almond butter with 2 tbsp of almond butter and microwaved it for about 30 ish seconds. I totally stole this idea from this blog riiight here.

Okay…I think that’s it! I will be posting on the regular now because I’m on days offfff again!!

I am a super sicky poo today 😦

Not exactly sure what happened but jeeeez! I felt like I got hit with a ton of bricks on my drive home!

Almost thought I wasn’t going to make it back to the city!

I spent the last 2 days on uber relax mode and then this happens. Body knows best so I am taking it eeeeaaasy tonight.

and finally got to eat something

Sorry I’m not going to be updating the past 2 days tonight, I just barely have enough energy to type this out. I’ll fill you in on some of the yummy salads that filled my belly tomorrow. I work night shifts friday and saturday so I’m hoping to be back to 100% ASAP.

Hey guys!

Hope you’re having a great Monday!

I am blogging from my parent’s house tonight! Last minute I decided to take off my two day shifts and come home for a couple of days. I really need to clear my head and get out of the city because lately I’ve been feeling like things just aren’t clicking with me. In almost every aspect of my life. I’m not exactly sure when things went awry but I just feel really off. Blogging is about the only time I feel sane, if you can imagine that! Sorry to spill my guts but I just wanted to let you know what’s going on withe me. I have a few ideas on how to fix this little funk but I’ll talk about that after the meals 🙂

Supper last night was Andrew’s baked french onion soup with goat chedda and garlic crunchies.

I looove french onion soup so much! I usually make a small hole in the side, eat all the soup first and then eat the cheesy bread part at the end.

For dessert I had some vegan tofu chocolate pie with some apple loves blackberry yogurt, pecans, strawberries and hemp hearts.

I made the chocolate tofu cake the other night and I think my dates were bad because ppppppppuuuuuuuu the crust tasted like crap! Soapy crap even. I salvaged some of the cakey part that wasn’t touching the crust for my dessert and tossed the rest.

Breakfast was light ish

Just some toast with pecan butter, strawberries and 1/2 an orange.

I was planning on taking Beasley for a walk and then coming home and doing P90x yoga but plans changed and I only got to take Beabs for his walk. No biggie.

I ate some homemade trail mix of filberts, macadamia nuts, cashews, pecans, almonds, chocolate chips, walnuts and something else I can’t remember the name of during the 2 1/2 hour drive home.

Yowza! In the mix was some cabbage, wild rice,  tomato sauce and zucchini and it was taaaasty!

I had a side salad of romaine and organic mixed greens with cucumbers, orange and yellow peppers, fresh chives from my mom’s garden, grated carrots and dill, a piece of corn on the cob and a homemade flax bun.

My mom and I took Beasley for a walk after supper and I’ve been munching on anything I can get my fingers on around here! I am a total feeling eater. 100%. I made some pecan butter and some more lemon rosemary muffins (I have a seeerious problem) and  I just finished some pita chips. Can you say MONSTER??


You might be wondering about the title of this post. Or maybe not. Regardless, the witching hour is what I call the time of day when I am the most productive. There is about a 4 hour window where I have so much energy, am so inspired, get the most accomplished, etc. I am in my groove during the witching hour. That time for me just happens to be 10:30pm ish – 2:30am ish.

I was up until about that time last night making birthday gifts. I got in the mood about 10:30pm and just couldn’t stop. I also wrote a ton of ideas for posts and a few scribbled recipe ideas. I’m a nut case. Now you now.

I also came up with some fun ideas to get me out of my skunky funk. They are also mini-challenges because challenges make things more fun! I have been reading tons of blogs that make monthly goals and while I really like this, I am only committing to three. Small enough that I am not intimidated by these goals, big big enough that I will feel accomplished when I complete them 🙂

  1. 60 minutes of exercise daily. This might seem obvious to everyone that exercise makes you feel better, but I rarely get a whole hour in. Beasley walks count, but I want some sweatmess happening over here. I am joining a gym when I get back to the city and am uber excited for all the fun classes!
  2. A salad a day. Again, might be a no brainer because salads are awwwesome for you but salads are my absolute favorite meals and are so versatile! I’ll be trying lots and lots of new to me salads in the next 60 days so check back often! This blog and this blog blow my little salad loving mind!
  3. Insert smile here. This is probably going to be the most important one for me. I really do love my job but holy jeeeepers is it ever negative. There is nothing positive about the things we hear at work. The girls at work are great, it’s just what my job entails that is such a bummer. Crime crime crime and lots of saaad stories. ANYWAYS, because I sometimes find it hard to just leave my work shit at work, I am inserting something that makes me smile into my life everyday. Whether it be a silly story, a picture, a video, a quote, whatev else I will be posting it here! Hopefully it will get a smile out of you, too 🙂

Today was supposed to be day 1 of my challenges and I did okay given the wonky circumstances.

I walked Beabs for a total of 1 hour (or really close to).

I had a salad at supper.

But it didn’t stop me from taking lots of pics!!

Thursday breakfast

1 hemp plus waffle, 2 scrambled egg whites, maple syrup and organic ketchup. With 1/2 an orange on the side.


Salad with spinach, asparagus, potatoes, onions, feta, and hummus. Small bowl of butternut squash soup.

It rained almost all day on Thursday.  And then it started to hail!

Those vehicles had to pull over because it was coming down so hard! Lol and some kid on a bike got pelted! I felt so bad for him!


Mixed organic greens and arugula, fishy sticks, avocado, goat chedda and red peppers.

The dressing was HEABs faaaaabulous hummy dressing with some relish mixed in. So gourmet 😉

We had two birthdays at work this week! So we celebrated on our first night shift!

We had rhubarb crisp, brownies and vanilla ice cream.

Whole wheat bow ties, organic tomato and basil pasta sauce with broccoli, garlic, mushrooms and edamame beans.

Topped with nutritional yeast.

and for a snack I took 1/2 an orange, some strawberries and cherries.

I got called in for overtime on Saturday night and I didn’t have any time to eat breakfast. So I made a lunch/supper combo 😉

Andrew’s cousin came over for supper and brought an awesome tofu dish and Andrew made a ginger stirfry.

This was sooooo goood!! Tofu and I aren’t always one, but this was frickn’ awwweseome.

I also made some more muffs for the work peeps!

The platoon I worked with last night is the best!! If I had get transferred to a different shift, I would definitely want to go there 😉


We had kind of lupper with my  parents today who are in the city for my aunt and uncle’s anniversary. We went to Las Palapas again and it was really goood. I am just starting to get hungry now and it’s been about 4 1/2 hours and Andrew is making french onion soup 😉

There is a few things that I want to talk about tomorrow so PLEASE COME BACK!!

I am trying to channel SUMMER over here even though it has been raining for the past couple days!

Hey bloggies!

Happy humper day!

Work was bussssy today and I am T-I-R-E-D!!

Are you sick of hearing that from me yet???

This is the first time I’ve had a chance to relax allll day and it’s 11pm!! ****edit: It is now 12pm!! Pukey dog and computer bs  😦 ***

Moving on….

Breakfast this morning was a copycat meal from this awesome girl’s blog and made a pineapple scramble!

This was phenomenal! Super lurrrrve!

Haha I didn’t realize how gross it looked until now. Don’t let its looks deceive you. Mine had grape tomatoes, mushrooms, onions and PINEAPPLE.

Lunch and snacks were as follows:

salad with mixed greens and arugula, tomatoes, walnuts, pineapple, cucumbers, feta, yellow peppers.

More yellow peppers with roasted red pepper hummus

1/2 mango and some cherries

some cottage cheese, veggies for my salad and lemon rosemary mini muffins for the work peeps

For supper I had a craving for fish sticks (no idea where that came from??)  so I decided to make some myself! I sliced up one piece of mahi mahi and dipped it in an egg white and then some panko bread crumbs mixed with cayenne, italian seasoning, garlic and onion powder, salt and pepper. Baked at 400F for about 25 min. Flipped once halfway through. I also had 2 1/2 baby potatoes with LC sauce and roasted asparagus, mushrooms and onions. Pickles on the side, obvi.

These fish sticks were the SHIIIIIIIZNITTT. I tell ya. I made some tartar sauce for dippin’.


Dessert was just some Stoneyfield Sunday’s Best Vanilla yogurt with granola, hazelnut almond butter and half a banana.

Pooor Beas is lying beside me. Just a sick little muffin 😦

Maybe he just needs some sleep. We probably both do 🙂

This is going to be a super short one with not much talkie talkie.

I am exhausted and the temp inside my house is 85F.

For reals. Its a sweatmess x2.

Beasley is eating ice chips he is so hot!


Breakfast was just a simple 2 egg white omelette with a light laughing cow, some organic raspberry jam and 1/2 a mango.

Smooooshy egg cheesy jammy goodness.

Lunch was pretty boring. Kale salad with steamed broccoli, brown rice and left over nacho sauce.

I also had a cheese string, some triscuits, a millet puff I found in the back of the work freezer and some cherries.

Supper was a pita pizza with organic pizza sauce, broccoli, mushrooms, peppers, onions and pineapple. A side salad with grape tomatoes, feta and ranch, pepperoncini, pineapple,  too.

Baked in the oven for 20 minutes with a teeny bit of goat cheese.

I love the combo of feta, pineapple, peppeoncini and ranch. Bowwowowow.

After supper I baked mini muffins (mmmmaybe the reason our house is so hot??) again because I ate 5 of them last night and took the rest to work today. I seriously am a MONSTER.

They are lemon rosemary mini muffins though! I would have NEVER EVER thought that this would be good but they are RIDICULOUS. Like I said, I ate 5!!!!

I am drooling again just thinking about them! And I just ate one hehe 😉

So teeeny, sooo gooood! I’ll post the link tomorrow when I’m not so laazy!

Dessert was a Stoneyfield Apple Loves Blackberry yogurt, chopped cherries, hazelnut almond butter and hemp hearts.

I added half a muffin at the end cause I rollllll just like that.

It was hhhhhooootttt here today! Like 28C/82F.

Beasley and I spent the whole day outside being bums.

We had breakfast outside, too.

Strawberry Vanilla Rhubarb Smoothie

3/4 cup frozen strawberries

1/2 cup frozen rhubarb

1/2 scraped out vanilla bean

1 cup of almond milk

1 juiced orange

xanthan gum (optional)

Mix everything together in the blender. Drrrrink up!

Beasley had to examine the empty glass 😉

I read a bunch of cookbooks and the new Loulou magazine.

They did a piece on my little city! I was so excited to see this. Because Loulou is a Canadian magazine they are always doing feature pieces for shopping in a different city. I have looonged to see little old Saskatoon in the mag and I finally got to! YAY!

Lunch was eaten outside as well – I don’t usually like eating outside because of all the bugs but I just couldn’t bring myself to sit inside today.

Goat chedda slices, half a red pepper, red pepper hummus and about 1/3 cup leftover baked beans.

We had almost no food in our fridge (obvious by my leftovers lunch) so we made a big grocery shopping trip.

I was sooo hungry when we got home so supper was kind of made on the fly.

Homemade Annie’s macaroni made with Happy Herbivore’s low fat vegan nacho sauce and broccoli. A HUUUGE salad with roasted onions, asparagus, mushrooms, baked goat cheese discs and a tiny piece of cranberry walnut purple wheat bread.

That sauce is sooo goood! I’m planning on eating it tomorrow it for lunch too 🙂

The cheese was sliced into thin discs, dipped in an egg and then some panko bread crumbs with italian seasoning. They are baked in the oven on parchment paper for 15 minutes at 400F, flipped half way through.


We took Beasley for a walk after supper and then came home and had dessert.

I bought cherries today at the grocery store and I couldn’t be more excited!! I look every time we go to the store and have been going through a super withdrawal all winter! Soooo I had some on top of my carrot cake ice cream and the last of the millet puff bars.

Okay it’s back to work tomorrow so I should get to bed. It’s a sweatmess in here so hopefully I’ll be able to get some sleep! 😉

Hello bloggerinos!!

Hope you all had a great weekend!!!

I was such a glutton tonight.

You could say we were kind of celebrating some super cool news!

I’ll spill when everything is offishaaaal offishaaaal 🙂

Yesterday was suuuch a good day. I love being at home ♥

Breakfast started out with half a cantaloupe with frozen blueberries and raspberries, a piece of toast with almond butter and a chuck of papaya.

We bummed around the house with my parents for awhile soaking up the sun outside and playing with beas and the kitties.

We had lunch before we went out to the farm.

egg white sandwich with stoneground mustard, smushed up 1/4 avocado and organic ketchup and a side salad.

We spent the whole afternoon at my grandpa’s farm, walking around, quadding, shooting cans, and playing with squirrels.

My grandpa’s plane. I only got to fly with him once. Haha I swear it had to be the most perfect day for him to fly. Probably the reason the last time I went was when I was 12 🙂

When I got home I was famished!! Thankfully my mom rules and made an awesome supper for us.

Corn on the cob, baby potatoes, veggie kabob and a piece of cod.

After supper, Andrew and I pumped it with my brother in an hour of P90X yoga. It was aaahhmazing. For reals. Jillian Michael’s has nothing on this yoga workout. I felt sooo good when we finished. Jordan and I started doing Jillian’s 30 day shred level 3 and I think I puked it my mouth. She is such a freak haha. And SOOOO FIT. I stopped after approx 8 minutes and Jordan PUMPED IT crazy and did the whole video.


I got up early today because I was going to see my friend Sheena and her new baby Tensley.

I had a quick breakfast before I left.

A piece of toast with honey, organic raspberry jam and hemp hearts with cantaloupe and strawberries.

Sheena and I haven’t seen each other in 2 years. Since her wedding!! NUTS. Tensely is just the sweetest baby ever. She is totally perfect. And she loved the blocks I made 🙂

We left shortly after lunch and stopped at Booster Juice for a snack size Terminator.

After our frickin aweesome meeting tonight, Andrew and I went out for supper! I know I know. We hardly ever eat out (no Co-op salads do not count as takeout lol) but because we had been away all weekend and had no food in the fridge we figured it would be okay.

We went to Avocado’s and had the todo dip to start

and I had the Baja Veggie Burrito with side salad.

The wrap is full of spicy jalapenos and tons of zucchini and red peppers.

The salad had the amazing avocado house dressing that was just fantasstic.

I also might of had some of Andrew’s sweet potato fries.

So now I am just going to finish eating my key lime pie cheesecake (I am a total food whore tonight) and catch up on some blogs!!

Holla monsters!!

So sorry for being super MIA for the last 5 days!!

I have LOTS of stuff to catch up on starting with….


Scrumptious oatmeal. With chia seeds, cinnamon and vanilla almond milk.

And raisons, cashew butter and raspberry jam.

Snack of red peppers with roasted red pepper hummus.

And some grapes!

For lunch I had leftovers from Monday (which I hope to repeat sometime this week!) on a bed of spinach and 1 tbsp of goat chedda. I zoned out when I pulled this out of the fridge and forgot it was a salad so I threw it in the microwave and it came out a big wilted spinachy mess. You’re welcome for not taking a picture.

Suuuupper was this beast of a yam. Heh heh.

It was massive and I only managed to eat about 1/3 ish of it.

With cottage cheese, baked beans and asparagus. deliciousnessss.

Holla Waffle Wednesday!!

I rocked you today.

Terrible pictures but waffles benedict is the BOMBBB digg. I made hollandaise  sauce with laughing cow (duh) and stuffed my Hemp Plus waffle with spinach and tomato slices.

Look what I made (again)!!!  maple cinnamon almond butter!!!!

I swear the key to good almond butter is patience. Mine took half an hour! With tons of stopping to scrape down the bowl. And taste tests 🙂

I took Beasley for about an hour walk and when I came back, decided to do a HIIT on the treadmill. Have never done one of these before but Janetha B. does them and that girl does nooo wrong. I did 1 minute at 4 mph, 1 minute at 8 mph, and 1 minute at 5.5 mph. I did this for 20 minutes and then walked at 3% for 5 minutes. I SWEAT MY FACE OFF. I felt like I was walking on an escalator after haha. I love that feeling 🙂 (The exercise burn, not the escalator feeling lol)

For lunch I just had a simple soup

with a poached egg, some goat chedda and a piece of toast.

I made some shweeeeet puffs too this afternoon. I can’t remember where I got the recipe from, but I do have one! And I’ll hook you up with it suuuuper soon. PROMISE.

I ate tons of these.
Supper was an israeli couscous salad with roasted tomatoes, garlic and feta, a salad, salmon skewer, pattypan squash and some bread and butter pickles.

If you have never had israeli couscous before, GO BUY SOME! They are great. Mine came in a small bag like this

Work was crazy on Wednesday!! It must of been just because I was out of it for awhile and I forget how it gets in there, but JEEEZ!! It’s fun though and I am sooooo happy to be doing CPIC again 🙂


I wasn’t too hungry when I woke up so breakfast was super light.

I took Beas for a walk and then came home and did the Jillian Michaels yoga video.

She’s crazy. And I need to do that video about 10 more times until I am comfortable with the moves.  Has anyone else done this video before??

Lunch was massive. Cleeearly.

More israeli couscous salad, roasted veggies, coleslaw and mahi mahi.  With a big glob of hummus.

Supper was a packed up salad with salmon and roasted veggies.

And a starbucks iced awake tea latte.

Okay..I am not doing today. We went out to my grandpa’s farm and bbqed for supper. We are going home tomorrow so I will put up the rest of my pics from the weekend tomorrow. I am also going to see Sheena’s baby Tensley tomorrow 😉
